- Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

- Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment and materials.
- Drive company vehicles to customer job sites (acceptable driving record required).
- Assist with installing temporary commercial HVAC and climate control equipment.
- Help run gas hoses, ducting, ventilation, and electrical connections under technician supervision.
- Assist with equipment startup and commissioning.
- Support preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment.
- Assist experienced technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues.
- Read and learn to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in both the shop and customer locations.
- Document completed work and inspections using company software.
- Follow all company safety procedures and strict customer data center safety protocols.
- Work closely with Commercial HVAC Service Technicians while learning the trade.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working in mission-critical data center environments.
- Willingness to travel throughout Northeast Virginia.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Recent graduate of an HVAC or Mechanical Technology program.
- EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical work, or another skilled trade.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.
- Rental equipment industry experience is a plus.
