This position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow.
Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
Ensures stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.
Ensures set productivity and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, industial engineering or related.
3+ years of experience working in similar positions.
Skilled in SAP.
Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 16001, 45001).
Experience in daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
Good understanding of material handling devices used in warehouse operations.
Intermediate english level.
