SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is a leading provider of construction technology solutions supporting contractors across Eastern Canada. About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing an assigned GTA territory by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and selling construction technology hardware, software, and service solutions. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong prospecting and territory management skills, and the ability to help customers improve productivity and profitability through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Sell construction technology hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
- Support customer adoption of technology solutions.
Customer & Territory Management
- Build long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
- Manage an assigned territory while maintaining consistent prospecting and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal sales support, service teams, product specialists, OEM partners, and customers to deliver successful solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to improve customer productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, equipment, surveying, estimating, earthmoving, technology sales, or a related industry.
- Previous sales experience within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS/GNSS, machine control, site positioning, construction software, heavy equipment, survey solutions, or related technology is considered an asset.
- Strong prospecting, communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, commercially focused, and accountable for results.

- Naturally curious and eager to learn emerging construction technologies and customer workflows.
- Trusted advisor who focuses on helping customers improve productivity, reduce rework, lower operating costs, and increase profitability.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a proactive, results-driven approach.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $67,500 + Commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 (Year 1)
