Description
Finance Systems Analyst – Dynamics 365
Hampshire (typically 1 day per week) | £55,000–£66,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Do you know Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations inside out and enjoy helping Finance teams get the best from it?
This is an opportunity to become the go-to expert for a recently implemented D365 F&O platform. You'll take ownership of the system, work closely with Finance to solve day-to-day challenges, and help shape how the platform develops through automation, reporting and continuous improvement.
Whether you're early in your career looking for more ownership, currently supporting a D365 F&O environment, or already an experienced Finance Systems professional, if you understand how Finance teams use Dynamics 365 Finance and enjoy improving business systems, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
You'll become the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, supporting Finance users, keeping the platform running smoothly and driving continuous improvements.
Working closely with Finance, you'll troubleshoot issues, support month-end activities, manage system updates and releases, and deliver enhancements that improve business processes. You'll also work alongside internal technical teams and external partners to ensure the platform continues to evolve.
There is plenty of opportunity to get involved with Power Platform, Power BI, automation and process improvement, but this is first and foremost a role for someone who understands D365 F&O.
You'll need:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (this is essential)
- Experience supporting, administering or improving a D365 F&O environment
- The ability to work closely with Finance users and understand their processes
- Experience managing system changes, releases or enhancements
- A proactive approach to improving systems and business processes
Why join?
Dynamics 365 F&O only went live recently, so you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a platform that's still evolving rather than simply maintaining a mature system. You'll have real autonomy, high visibility across the business, and the chance to influence how the platform develops while broadening your skills across automation, reporting and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
