Architect – Bangalore

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, BIM, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Produce high-quality models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Review design outputs for compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Support project planning, design reviews, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining design quality.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and tender documentation where required.
• Mentor graduate architects and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 3–6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Navisworks and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
