Coordinator Volunteer Services

You help set the tone for a positive experience for patients, families and visitors. As you work as a volunteer services coordinator supporting the recruitment & training of volunteers and development of volunteer programs and events, you make a difference in the lives of those we touch. Responsibilities

• The Volunteer Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, directing, evaluating, coordinating and administering volunteer resources.
• Develops partnerships with Volunteer Services and the community, employees, patients, patient’s families and residents.

 

Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

Experience: 

• Minimum 1 to 2 years previous experience in related field required. 
• Prior supervisory experience, prior hospital experience, and prior experiences in a 503(c) organization preferred.

Knowledge/Skills: 

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions

Pay Range

USD $28.47 - USD $40.71 /Hr.
