HOURLY RATE - $20.02
FULL-TIME, SEASONAL - August 17, 2026 to November 27, 2026
FULL-TIME HOURS:
Average 4-5 shifts per week
8-hour shifts between 8:00am to 5:00pm
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Receiver is responsible for the entering of goods and services receipts and warehouse transfers into the computer system. Coordinates the external and internal transportation of resort deliveries and coordinates the organization and tidiness of storage areas and loading dock.
Enter into the computer system the receiving transactions based on packing slips
Communicate any discrepancies between shipment/packing slip/PO to Buyer/Purchaser
Enter into the computer system transfers between inventory locations on resort
Maintain the internal resort delivery schedule
Compile on-resort transfer requests and communicate them to Logistics Associates
Coordinate timing of external deliveries from vendors & communicate this to Logistics Associates
Coordinate the shipping of product returns to vendors
Ensure temperature logs and other safe food handling documentation is complete
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Valid G-Class driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and asset
Must have experience with perpetual inventory software;
Must also possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formula formation etc.).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Communicate in a friendly co-operative manner with co-workers and external drivers and vendors
Knowledge of resort and good way-finding an asset
