Static BMS Service Engineer | East London | Up to £50,000
Looking for a London-based BMS role without the hassle of travelling all around London every day?
This is a rare opportunity to join a large East London campus, supporting a multi-building estate. You'll spend your time solving problems and improving systems, not sitting in traffic or being called out to the other side of town to a site you don't know.
Working predominantly with Trend systems, you'll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding and optimising BMS infrastructure across the site. You'll also get involved in small remedial works, upgrades and minor projects, giving you the chance to see improvements through from start to finish.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £55,000, a pension scheme, healthcare benefits and ongoing training and development.
This role would suit a BMS Service Engineer who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships with stakeholders and becoming the go-to engineer for a technically interesting estate.
Trend experience is essential. Tridium knowledge is advantageous.
