Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain LookML models, views, explores, and dashboards in Looker
Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability
Integrate Looker with BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, and other GCP services
Implement row-level security, access controls, and user permissions in Looker
Manage Looker instances, including deployment, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Create derived tables, PDTs (Persistent Derived Tables), and aggregate awareness for performance optimization
Develop Looker Actions, embedded analytics, and custom visualizations Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements
Mandatory skill sets:
Migrate legacy BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to Looker Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards
