The Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Systems Support Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle ERP environment.
Working closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will provide application support, troubleshoot issues, identify improvements and help drive the continued development of our Oracle platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Oracle ERP applications and related Finance systems.
- Investigate and resolve application issues, user queries and data discrepancies.
- Work with business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Cash Management.
- Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support testing activities for upgrades, releases and new functionality.
- Monitor and support system integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge materials.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide a high level of user support.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience supporting Oracle ERP applications in a business systems or application support environment.
- Oracle Fusion experience is preferred, although experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other Oracle ERP platforms will also be considered.
- Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system issues.
- Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
- Exposure to integrations, reporting tools or ERP enhancement projects would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
