Responsable de Inversiones (Inmobiliario) / Senior Investment Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Deal sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, developers and owners; develop a strong pipeline in Spain
• Transaction execution: Lead acquisitions from first contact to closing (incl. due diligence coordination, structuring, negotiation)
• Financial modelling: Build acquisition models independently
• Interface with HQ: Coordinate closely with our Hamburg headquarters (Investment Committee, Risk/Compliance, Valuation etc.) and ensure high-quality reporting
• Build-up mindset: Help shape the local set-up in Madrid

We are looking for

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate investments/transactions
• Proven track record of personally driving transactions (not only supporting)
• Strong Spanish market knowledge and an established local network
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset, hands-on execution, high initiative
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; credible in representing HIH
• Languages: Native-level Spanish, fluent English; German is a plus
