Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed structural BIM models for infrastructure and underground structures using Revit and other BIM software.
- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Model reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate structural BIM models with civil, architectural, MEP, and utility disciplines.
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary review meetings.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
- Extract quantities and support quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company BIM standards, and client requirements.
- Support engineering and site teams by providing accurate model-based solutions and technical detailing.
- Maintain organized records of BIM models, drawings, revisions, RFIs, and coordination reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler on infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in bridges, roads, tunnels, underground structures, underground tanks, chambers, culverts, retaining structures, and other transportation infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is mandatory.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks; experience with Civil 3D and BIM 360/ACC is an advantage.

Good understanding of BIM coordination processes, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Ability to prepare accurate structural drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.

Familiarity with international design and drafting standards.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
