In this position, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the community of a major global social media network. Working alongside a dedicated team, your goal will be to maintain a secure, civil, and welcoming online environment for millions of daily active users.
Contract Terms & Scheduling
- Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (paid out over a standard 12-month schedule).
- Weekly Hours: A standard 40-hour work week (5 days per week).
- Shift Patterns: Rotational shift schedules running between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Content Analyst, your core mission is to monitor platform safety and enforce user policies through the following duties:
- Media Verification: Review and evaluate user-generated material—including profiles, text, imagery, and video formats—to guarantee full adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Risk Prevention: Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful content to protect the digital community from negative impacts.
- Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve escalated user reports concerning account security, platform exploitation, and policy violations with high attention to detail.
- KPI Alignment: Maintain an objective, empathetic approach while consistently meeting target metrics for processing volume, turnaround time, and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Qualifications
- Linguistic Fluency: Native or near-native mastery of Ukrainian, paired with a reliable command of English (minimum B2 level) to successfully navigate corporate onboarding and internal communications.
- Right to Work: Applicants must hold current EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status documentation.
- Mental Adaptability: Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive online media and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing shift assignments.
Preferred Attributes
