As a family-owned and operated company, we've grown into the leading residential pool service provider in the area, going beyond pool cleaning and repairs to enhance quality of life, helping families relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Experienced Pool Technician with 3+ years of pool maintenance experience to join our team. You’ll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile.

- Schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
Responsibilities for our Experienced Pool Technician:
- Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Repair and install pool equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
- Document service visits and keep accurate records
- Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members
Requirements for our Experienced Pool Technician:
- 3+ years experience in pool maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license
Preference for the following:
- Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
- Familiarity with pool automation systems
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
