Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? The
Lincoln Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Part-Time Guest
Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a
key role in delivering exceptional service while creating a warm and welcoming
atmosphere.
About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will provide outstanding customer service throughout
each guest's stay. From check-in to check-out, while supporting the daily operations of
the front desk. This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and
works closely with all hotel departments to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional
experience.
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
To support the needs of our guests and hotel operations, candidates must have flexible
availability, including:
• Morning and evening shifts
• Weekends
• Holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
Qualifications
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems (or willing to learn).
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
