Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Trainee Finanza to join our finance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various financial operations within a leading automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily financial transactions, including data entry and reconciliation.
* Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure its accuracy.
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial procedures.
* Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and projects as assigned by financial managers.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Job Requirements:

* Be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and precision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other financial software programs is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated desire to learn and grow in the financial field.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
