What You'll Do

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate accounting records
• Post payments and prepare deposits
• Answer phones and assist customers professionally
• Support Collision Center customer service operations
• File documents and maintain organized records
• Assist with administrative duties and office support as needed
• Help ensure smooth daily operations within the Collision Center

What We're Looking For

• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Dealership or Collision Center accounting experience is a plus
• Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
