The Business Development Representative will be base in our Austin, TX office and will support the achievement of sales targets through prospecting and lead generation with clients in the transportation sector.Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and target fleets and semi-truck dealerships for potential business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within fleets and semi-truck dealerships.
• Understand clients’ needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our asset disposition services and highlight their benefits.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership with clients.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of asset disposition services.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on client feedback and industry demands.
Achieving Sales Targets:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
Stay Informed on Industry Regulations:
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to asset disposition in the transportation sector.
