B Crew- Days
7am-7pm
Operates, under the supervision of seasoned operator, and monitors the assigned machine to achieve production targets to ensure smooth operations in accordance with all safety standards and protocols.
Duties and Tasks

Operate assigned machinery and production processes according to standard operating procedures, with emphasis on following all applicable Company’s rules and regulations as it relates to Quality and Safety. Perform routine daily activies. Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards. Report production output, defects, and operational irregularities following internal reporting standards. Notify minor issues and remove jams to avoid delays in production. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with WCM, Safety, GMP, and BRC standards. Monitor the operating parameters of the assigned machine. Conduct quality checks of products on the assigned machine, identifying defects and non-conformities through visual inspection, measurements as per the Control Plan. Support autonomous maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and inspections to prevent problems. Perform other duties as assigned by direct superiors, in line with the scope of the position and employment agreement.Required Qualifications

Work Experience

- Basic Vocational School, General Secondary School.
- Basic experience in working with machines. School graduate
Skills
Knowledge
- Ability to follow safety protocols.
- Capable of handling basic machine functions and controls.
- Capable of performing visual inspections.
- Capable of performing basic cleaning and inspection.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
- Knowledge in basic metrology, measuring devices, computer operation, work instruction, machine manual.
Training

Language
