K-12 School Psychologist

Join a dedicated educational community focused on fostering growth, equity, and meaningful learning experiences! Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist to support student success as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team during the 2026–2027 school year in Sebring, FL.

Position Overview: 

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including child study, eligibility, and IEP teams, to assess student needs and develop appropriate support plans.
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and developmental needs for K–12 students.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement intervention strategies that promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support school-wide initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of comprehensive psychological services.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology
• Active Florida School Psychologist Certification or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
