Luxury brands require exceptional people. Join one of the highest-volume Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the region and build a career selling one of the world's most recognized luxury brands. Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is looking for individuals to join our high-volume Sales Department.  

This role is best suited for individuals who are consistent, coachable, and comfortable working in a structured sales process with high customer engagement.

No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement.

What You Will Receive

• $52,000 – $250,000 annual earning potential 
• Highly competitive commission structure

Compensation Structure

• 30% commission structure
• $200 minimum commission per unit 
• Up to $4,000+ earning opportunity per sale 
• $500 retroactive minimum commission at 10 units sold 

What You Will Do

• Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone 
• Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles professionally 
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and prospects 
• Guide customers through the buying process 
• Close sales and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills 
• Professional appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
