American Pavement Remarking (APR) is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage pavement marking and traffic control projects from planning through completion while working closely with Operations, customers, vendors, and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do
- Manage pavement marking and traffic control projects from award through completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with Operations, Estimating, customers, and field teams.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and profitability.
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
- Help support seasonal hiring and onboarding efforts.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and quality.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Highway construction, pavement marking, traffic control, or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.
