Description

We’re looking for a Robotic Welder (Day Shift) to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate, set up, and maintain robotic welding cells while supporting consistent, high‑quality welding in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with robotic welding systems - or you’re an experienced welder looking to advance into robotics - this is an excellent opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor robotic welding cells to produce high‑quality welds.
  • Load, unload, and fixture parts safely and accurately.
  • Perform basic programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.
  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Perform minor maintenance on robotic equipment and welding fixtures.
  • Support manual MIG/TIG welding tasks as needed in production.
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience operating or assisting with robotic welding systems (e.g., programming, setup, adjustment, or operation).
  • Understanding of MIG/TIG welding principles; manual welding experience an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Comfortable with repetitive production tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with others.
  • Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.

If you're an experienced welder with interest in robotics, training is available.

Employment Details:
  • Shift: Day - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (40 hours/week).
  • Pay: CA$22 - CA$26 per hour (experience and weld test dependent).
  • Benefits: Available after probation.
  • Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.
