YOUR NEW ROLE

• You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, such as customer support, legal, risk and the Business Product Owner for business outcomes in a switch replacement program. 
• Working within the business, you will form part of a specialist team where you will conduct stakeholder interviews and run workshops to understand the current and target state.
• You will elicit, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to specific business outcomes.
• You will come together as a team to refine the backlog of through prioritisation, estimation and decision making to maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.

Whilst the role requires you to support the technology team in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments you will also be developing requirements for non-technology solution components e.g., Business operating models, and business process solutions, that support the new technology.

• Analysis and delivery experience within complex environments
• Develops and maintains a broad perspective; understands and considers issues in the context of overall market, customer, and business strategies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
• Understanding of Card Acquiring and Issuing  (not essential)
• Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and working with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories and goals for individual sprints.
• Comfortable leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
• Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
• Proven analytical sills and evidence-based decision making
• Be responsible for creating requirements as features, epics & stories 
• Defining your own work tasks including dependencies in collaboration with the squads 
• Perform appropriate business analysis to clearly articulate business needs and solution requirements.
• Develop as is and to be process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
• Supports the Product Owner to define the business value and required outcomes.
• Participate in and lead workshops
• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification testing
• Support implementation of backlog items aligned to domains and achievement of associated business outcomes for Cybersource initiative.
• Customer and Stakeholder are at the centre of all analysis
• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalated events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
