Revenue Control & General Accounting
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of daily revenue reporting across all hotel departments.
Perform revenue reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and account analyses.
Monitor accounts receivable, guest deposits, and payment reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies.
Review VAT reporting and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activities.
Food & Beverage Cost Control
Monitor F&B costs, inventory accuracy, and stock movements to support profitability.
Prepare and analyze weekly food and beverage cost performance reports.
Conduct sales, margin, and pricing analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with Purchasing and Culinary teams to investigate variances and optimize costs.
Ensure proper tracking and allocation of complimentary, promotional, and entertainment expenses.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and local regulations.
Support audit requirements through accurate documentation and record management.
Collaborate with operational and finance teams to identify risks and improve processes.
Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and financial best practices.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French. English as second language would be appreciated.
Two to five years' experience within a Finance department, preferably in a hotel
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent
2-5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in hospitality
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and USALI reporting is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
