Senior Accounts Executive

About the Client:

Powered by a proprietary fleet management platform, the company integrates real-time AI tracking, predictive routing, and intuitive user interfaces to deliver reliable corporate and school transport solutions. It engineers scalable urban mobility software that impacts thousands of daily passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in group-level budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and group accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years in accounting/finance, with specific experience in group consolidation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
  
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, MIA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a standard office setting.
  
  

Remuneration:
RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
