Location: The Orchards – East Liverpool, Chester
Schedule: PRN
Shift: Days, Nights

What You'll Do:
As our next PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate supervisor.
- Accurately document resident care and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio or West Virginia, as applicable.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience.
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience.

PRN Requirements
PRN employees are required to maintain active employment status by working a minimum of one (1) scheduled shift per month. Additional shifts may be available based on staffing needs.
