Trade & Settlement Techno-Functional Automation Lead (Individual Contributor)
Location: Pune Experience: 10 to 14 years
Overview
We are seeking a visionary Trade & Settlement Techno-Functional Automation QA Lead to drive excellence in software quality engineering. The ideal candidate must possess strong functional knowledge of Capital Markets Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle, Settlement, Reconciliation, and related Trade & Settlement functions. This domain expertise is mandatory in addition to deep automation and quality engineering experience.

Strategic Quality Leadership, Automation Excellence, Technical Execution, and Process Optimization.
Required Skills & Expertise
• Mandatory Qualification: Candidates without demonstrable Trade & Settlement domain experience will not be considered for this role.
• Automation Tools & Languages: Java, Selenium, LeanFT, BDD (Cucumber/JBehave), TestNG, Eclipse/IntelliJ
• Platforms & Technologies: SQL, NoSQL, Unix/Linux, Windows, RESTful APIs, Web Services, Mainframe
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Frameworks: Data Quality frameworks, predictive analytics models
• Mandatory Domain Knowledge: Strong functional expertise in Trade & Settlement Operations; end-to-end trade lifecycle, matching, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation; Capital Markets and Securities Processing knowledge.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT54x and ISO20022 settlement messaging preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management.
