About You
In one of our customer service roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
Main Responsibilities
Process incoming customer orders in accordance with Kimberly-Clark procedures.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and delivery documentation.
Coordinate product deliveries to customers and resolve any issues arising during the process, including delays, product defects, and shipment shortages.
Manage customer claims and complaints.
Monitor product inventory, including tracking new product launches, specification changes, and related updates.
Collaborate with the Logistics team on customer-related matters.
Communicate service level updates to customers and Kimberly-Clark employees across functions.
Prepare service reports and analyze customer service performance. Drive initiatives to improve customer interactions and enhance service levels.
Lead Customer Service projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and analyze reports within the Customer Service area of responsibility.
To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Relevant experience
English knowledge is a plus
Experience with SAP is a plus
