• Salary: $90-$120K/hr. -Depending on experience.

Requirements

What must be accomplished:

• Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class HVAC Techs.
• Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
• Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the HVAC department.
• Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
• Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
• Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.

How will success be measured:

• Profitability of installation jobs.
• Exceeding monthly budget gross margin.
• Successfully training HVAC technicians to become lead installers.

Minimum Requirements:

• HVAC Knowledge is a must.
• Experience of HVAC installer is a plus!
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Management experience.
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers and colleagues.
• Communication skills
• Valid Driver's License.
