Banking Consultant - Consumer

You’ll deliver exceptional service to prospective auto vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their loan application and answer any questions along the way.

No day is the same however you will:

• Engage with customers, answering questions around auto finance

• Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions.

• Accurately complete all required compliance checks and enquires to ensure our policy, regulatory and legislative obligations are met in every instance.

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to gather information, follow up on leads and keep things moving.

• Assist with our retention strategy across the Auto business

• Roll up your sleeves to get things done.

You’re adaptable, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can juggle priorities while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Your ideal experience and skills:

• Proven customer service experience.

• Experience within financial services or lending is a plus

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
