Collision/Body Technicians Needed for Growing Monroeville Collision Center

Bowser Collision Center is expanding and is looking for an experienced Collision Body Technician to join our growing team in Monroeville. As a Collision Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition by performing complete disassembly, structural and non-structural repairs, and reassembly according to manufacturer specifications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly for collision repairs.
• Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components.
• Complete both light and heavy collision repairs following manufacturer repair procedures.
• Ensure proper fit, finish, and alignment of all repaired or replaced components.
• Read and follow repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
• Inspect repairs throughout the repair process to ensure quality workmanship.
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and manufacturer repair standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving collision repair technology.

Qualifications

• One to five years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Experience with vehicle disassembly, structural repairs, and reassembly.
• Knowledge of OEM collision repair procedures and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use collision repair equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
