About this role

As Senior Brand& Activation Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated brand activation programs that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and deliver commercial growth across key channels, customers, and occasions. Partner closely with Commercial, Digital, Insights, and Innovation to bring global, regional and local growth drivers to life.

 

You will be responsible for:

1. Brand Activation Strategy

• Translate brand strategy into local activation plans.

• Develop annual activation calendars aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure activations are connected across media, experiential, digital, retail, and advocacy

• Localize global and regional campaigns for market relevance.

2. Consumer & Customer Activation

• Lead execution of experiential events, sponsorships, trade activations, and consumer experiences.

• Drive recruitment initiatives across priority brands.

• Build programs that increase awareness, trial, conversion, and loyalty.

• Collaborate with commercial teams to maximize in-market impact.

3. Project & Agency Management

• Manage creative, experiential, media, and PR agencies.

• Oversee activation budgets and ensure strong ROI.

• Deliver programs on time and within budget.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

4. Performance & Insights

• Track activation KPIs, business result and M&E

• Analyse consumer, customer, and market data.

• Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

• Present performance reviews and recommendations to senior leadership. 

5. Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead brand activation managers, agencies, and project teams.

• Influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Foster collaboration across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply, and Supply Innovation functions.

• Coach and develop team capability.

Experience/skills required:

• 7+ years in FMCG marketing, brand management, customer marketing, or activation.

• Proven experience leading large-scale consumer campaigns, innovations or events.

• Experience managing significant budgets.

• Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
