What you will do

The Times Square location is an extremely fast-paced environment – every hour hundreds of orders are coming out of our kitchens, and they need to end up in the right hands!

As an Operations Specialist, you will help keep daily facility operations running smoothly by processing orders, coordinating delivery pickups, and resolving operational issues. You will support restaurant partners, handle administrative tasks, train and coach team members, and maintain a clean, organized facility that meets health and safety standards.

Flexibility and hustle are key in this role! You will need to adapt to constantly changing and challenging conditions. No job is too big or too small; our team works together to create an environment that is functional for our restaurateurs, customers, and delivery partners.

 

Responsibilities

• Transport orders from kitchens to the facility’s central processing area - may involve going up and down stairs.
• Process orders and prepare them for delivery partner pickup.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
• Take ownership of issues and coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
• Support daily administrative tasks, including sorting incoming packages and deliveries, maintaining inventory counts, and monitoring emails and instant messages.
• Respond promptly to restaurant partners’ questions, requests, and concerns.
• Train and coach team members to ensure consistent execution of operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean facility, assign cleaning tasks, and conduct compliance checks to ensure health code standards are met.
• Multi-lingual candidates are a plus.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
