You influence across functions without direct authority, translate complexity into clear guidance, and bring a strong point of view grounded in judgment, partnership, and impact. 7+ years of experience in contingent workforce management Experience partnering cross‑functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders Strong understanding of compliance, tenure, classification, and workforce risk Proven ability to drive adoption and influence change Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting India‑based workforce models Experience implementing and managing an MSP and VMS Experience building enablement programs Public speaking, presentation, or training experience Ability to be on-site in UKG's Noida office Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) Prior people management or team leadership experience Experience supporting global or distributed teams Comfort with in‑person stakeholder engagement and facilitation
