Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

## What you’ll do:

• The engineer in this position is primarily responsible for developing Explosion proof of new product(NPI Product);
• Panel boards and control stations equipments
• To be responsible for mechanical design and development of panel boards and control stations equipments, for explosion proof field application, to comply with marketing and customer requirements;
• Take lead to complete NPI products develop and management, coordinate cross function team include marketing, engineering, sourcing, quality and manufacturing team. To meet the cost and timeline request for market;

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor above
• Five years above
• Mechanical design
• Familiar with panel system design, and control station design
• Experienced in mechanical design of aluminum castings, stainless steel parts, plasticparts, and sheet metal parts
• Experience of manufacturing process with die-casting, stainless steel welding, injection molding, compression molding, and CNC sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Experience of electrical equipment, establish electrical design standards and specifications.
• Design electrical control system, select electrical components and draw electrical drawings base on requirements
• Familiar with SolidWork software, AutoCAD
• Familiar with CAE simulation tools to verify the product performance and capabilities;
• Familiar with six sigma Develop process(DFMEA, Tolerance, DOE etc).
• Familiar with New Product Develop process.
• Good project management and presentation skill.
• Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
