Markon is seeking a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the DNEA will collaborate with technical and operational partners to analyze, develop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies using a variety of technical tools. This position will apply digital network analysis and collection expertise to understand complex technical environments, identify vulnerabilities, and support mission-focused collection activities.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary mission team supporting digital network exploitation and collection activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned projects, technical environments, and mission requirements.
- Analyze digital network technologies and associated technical environments in support of mission objectives.
- Develop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies.
- Conduct special digital and network collections analysis in support of technical and operational requirements.
- Analyze network protocols and identify potential technical vulnerabilities.
- Apply knowledge of customer digital and network platforms and tools to support collection and exploitation activities.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Community partners to coordinate technical approaches and collection strategies.
- Evaluate technical information and available capabilities to support mission planning and execution.
- Communicate technical findings and collaborate across operational and technical teams to advance mission objectives.
Qualifications
Required:
- An active TS/SCI with FSP (preferrably from this client) is required to be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree related to the technical discipline and at least 6 years of proven experience analyzing digital network technologies; OR
- Associate’s degree and at least 8 years of related experience; OR
- No degree and at least 10 years of related experience.
- Experience conducting special digital and network collections analysis.
- Experience analyzing network protocols and identifying vulnerabilities.
- Previous and current experience with customer digital and network platforms and tools, including interaction with Intelligence Community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
Desired:
- Previous technical targeting experience.
- Chinese language skills.
- Completion within the last 3 years of commercially available network and/or cloud security training covering areas such as:
- Cloud concepts.
- Cloud data security.
- Cloud platform and infrastructure security.
- Cloud application security.
- Cloud security operations.
- Legal, risk, and compliance considerations.
Salary Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
