French Speaking Sales Support Specialist

Are you a customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting sales teams? We are looking for a French Speaking Sales Support Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias (Spain).

You will play a key role in supporting our commercial organization primarily in French markets, while supporting other markets as needed depending on workload volumes. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations, maintain data accuracy, support pricing and rebate processes, and contribute to excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales organization with lead, opportunity and contract management activities.
• Manage quotations, pricing calculations and commercial offers.
• Maintain customer, pricing and commercial data within SAP and Salesforce.
• Administer rebates and commissions, including reconciliation activities.
• Monitor sales performance versus forecast and provide reporting and insights to Sales teams.
• Support customers in the adoption of digital tools and coordinate issue resolution when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Data Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations or Customer Service.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working with SAP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
