Where is the work:

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

 

 

A sales estimator evaluates project requirements and calculates labor, material, and time costs to create accurate pricing proposals that help businesses win competitive contracts. 

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis: Review project specifications, and customer requests to determine exact material and labor expenses.

• Proposal Development: Prepare professional bids, quotes, and scopes of work for prospective clients.

• Client Interaction: Meet with customers on-site or in an office to discuss needs and explain pricing.

• Sales Support: Follow up on leads, negotiate terms with vendors or subcontractors, and help close deals to drive revenue

Requirements

• Valad Drivers license: Will be required to work offsite.

• Ability to evaluate projects in person: Must be able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, crawl under trailers.

• Strong communication skills. 

• Strong organization skills. 

• Strong customer service: Must work to build customer relations.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$45,000.00
