Responsibilities
- Upload and edit website content using CMS platforms and other web publishing tools.
- Perform quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues before content goes live.
- Ensure content is published accurately and in line with project requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project delivery, identify risks and determine the best course of action to meet timelines.
- Provide support and guidance to other Content Editors, sharing knowledge and best practices when needed.
- Work closely with Content Editors, Project Managers and Development teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Communicate with external teams and clients when required to support project delivery.
- Share industry trends, new use cases and process improvements with stakeholders across the wider team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
- Maintain high quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of experience in a website editing role.
- Experience with CMS platforms (AEM and/or Contentful).
- Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot content or formatting issues.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive and quality-focused approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience performing quality assurance checks on website content and pages before delivery.
- Strong communication, collaboration and ownership mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to explore and test different solutions to achieve the desired outcome within CMS platforms.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Asana.
- Experience with additional CMS platforms beyond AEM and Contentful.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Project management knowledge or experience.
