Description
Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à ce qui suit:
- Installer, aligner, démonter et déplacer les machines industrielles ou le matériel mécanique (pompes, ventilateurs, réservoirs, convoyeurs, compresseur, extrudeuses, injecteurs, moules, etc.), en respectant les plans et en utilisant des outils manuels et électriques.
- Inspecter et examiner les équipements et machines afin de détecter les défaillances, assurer leur bon fonctionnement et prévenir les pannes.
- Veiller à la conformité des équipements et des installations selon les normes de sécurité de l’entreprise, les exigences de l’usine ainsi que les lois et règlements en vigueur.
- Opérer les machines de moulage par soufflage afin d’assurer la production de bouteilles conformes aux standards de qualité et ajuster les paramètres des machines afin de respecter les spécifications du produit.
- Effectuer des audits de contrôle pour vérifier les poids et la qualité des produits moulés.
- Appliquer les procédures de contrôle de la qualité et les protocoles liés au procédé de moulage par soufflage.
- Diagnostiquer et effectuer les réparations mineures sur le moule de soufflage ainsi que sur les équipements connexes.
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive sur le moule, le col de soufflage et d'autres composantes mécaniques.
- Regranuler l’excédent de bouteilles et de matériel en vue de leur réutilisation ou élimination.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux procédés de production.
- Rédiger et soumettre les formulaires de demande de maintenance, tout en documentant les réparations effectuées sur les équipements.
- Compléter et tenir à jour les rapports de production quotidiens (rejets, quantité dé regranulé, efficacité des lignés dé production, etc.).
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par la direction en lien avec le posté.

EXPERIENCE:
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
EDUCATION:
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
TRAINING:
• Completion of Altium Machine Operator I training within 90 days of hire date.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
