Your mission

As Regional Trade & Live Marketing Manager APAC, you translate Hemro's global trade and live marketing strategy, set at HQ in Zürich, into growth across Asia-Pacific, one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee regions in the world. From Shanghai, you turn every trade activation and event in your region into a growth opportunity, combining creativity, performance and collaboration with our teams, distribution partners and direct-to-consumer channels. Professional and Home are both in your scope. 

What you will do 

Trade Marketing 

• Translate the global trade marketing strategy into regional plans tailored to market and channel needs, driving strong sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Roll out and adapt HQ's omnichannel toolkits and trade programmes in the region, from POS materials to digital trade assets, ensuring consistent brand execution.
• Plan and run regional trade and performance marketing campaigns across D2C and partner channels, with clear KPIs and optimisation for measurable business impact.
• Lead joint annual regional planning with key stakeholders.
• Support partners with tools, training and tailored marketing support to accelerate market success.

Live Marketing (Events) 

• Own the regional live marketing calendar within the global framework set by HQ.
• Deliver Hemro's presence at selected trade shows in the region end to end, from concept and agency briefing to on-site delivery and post-event amplification.
• Plan and deliver Hemro Owned Events in the region.
• Collaborate with selected distributors to run trade shows and coffee festivals according to the toolkit.

Cross-functional collaboration & insights 

• Work closely with regional Sales, Product, Brand, Digital and eCommerce teams so every activation aligns with commercial goals and brand positioning.
• Feed market, competitor and event insights back to HQ to shape the global strategy and toolkits.
• Report KPIs per activity and manage your regional budget, agencies and suppliers.

Your profile

• 5+ years in trade marketing, channel or retail marketing, or event marketing, ideally in specialty coffee, premium appliances, hospitality equipment or consumer durables.
• Proven experience running campaigns with distributors or retailers across more than one APAC market.
• Ideally, experience translating campaigns developed in Western markets and making them work in APAC, with a strong focus on China, Japan and Korea.
• Solid understanding of digital and social commerce in APAC, including China.
• Hands-on event management from concept to execution, including trade-show booths and owned formats.
• Commercial mindset: you think in sell-in, sell-out and ROI, not just reach.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required; any other language is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a Swiss HQ and a regionally distributed team.
• A genuine interest in coffee; barista or SCA experience is a bonus.
