Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous oversight to maintain code quality, scalability, and system performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize efforts and deliver robust software solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS AI Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using infrastructure as code principles.
- Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud architecture issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS CloudFormation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
