You will help manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, and provide welcoming customer service to employees and visitors. Security Experience (C115)

• Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This includes, but is not limited to, roles in security management, loss prevention, or related fields.
• Applicants should provide documentation or references that verify their security experience.

Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)

• Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. This includes experience in issuing, monitoring, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
• Relevant certifications or training in access control systems will be considered an asset.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

• Candidates should possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using tablets or similar devices. This includes proficiency in navigating software applications, managing electronic communications, and utilizing digital tools for reporting and documentation.
• A brief assessment may be conducted during the interview process to evaluate the candidate's technical skills.

Customer Service Experience (B219)

• Candidates must have prior customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional manner is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitor and vendor entries, and maintaining required access records.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic, including deliveries and shipments, and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
