What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time
- Coordinate with field personnel to maintain continuous and efficient operations
- Record and analyze operational data to support process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Manual dexterity to operate control systems and use hand tools
- Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and alarms
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
- Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces and elevated areas
