The Opportunity  

Join PwC as a Senior Associate in IT Support, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. You will provide front-line technical assistance, troubleshooting software and hardware issues to facilitate seamless functioning of computer systems. Your role will involve supporting both internal and external clients, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly through various channels. In this position, you will be responsible for L2 to L4 support levels, ensuring efficient IT operations and contributing to the overall strategy of the firm.   

 Your Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems software and hardware   

- Deliver timely and efficient resolution of IT issues for internal and external clients   

- Monitor network performance and implement security measures   

- Facilitate smooth functioning of IT operations at L2 to L4 support levels   

- Build meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs   

- Navigate complex situations and deliver quality service   

- Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems   

- Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and contribute to the overall strategy   

- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations   

- Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements   

What You Bring   

- High School Diploma   

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field   

- Ability to actively listen and embrace change   

- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility   

- Strong self-awareness and teamwork skills

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
