Job Description
1. Industrial Safety Management:
- Develop and implement industrial safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and establish preventive measures.
2. Safety Training and Education:
- Design and implement safety training programs to enhance employees' safety awareness and skills.
- Regularly organize safety drills to simulate emergency situations and improve response capabilities.
3. Safety Inspection and Supervision:
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure workplace safety conditions.
- Supervise the implementation of safety measures, promptly correcting any identified issues.
- Coordinate and manage all company safety facilities to ensure compliance with safety management requirements.
4. Accident Investigation and Reporting:
- Investigate industrial accidents and safety incidents, analyze causes, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Prepare accident reports to inform management of investigation results and improvement measures.
5. Safety Improvement and Innovation:
- Research and introduce new safety technologies and methods to enhance industrial safety standards.
- Provide recommendations to improve overall products, processes, and services, and conduct a series of analyses to evaluate the pros and cons of possible solutions to resolve issues.
6. Project Management and Coordination:
- Manage safety-related projects, coordinate resources and work schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues to help them enhance their professional capabilities.
