We are looking for an experienced HR Solutions Partner to provide high-quality HR partnership to managers, helping them lead effectively, navigate employee matters confidently, and drive business performance.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing coaching, guidance and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will combine strong HR expertise with data-driven insights to identify workforce trends, support strategic workforce planning, and enable informed decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing workforce concerns, delivering talent, reward, learning and workforce initiatives while driving continuous improvement through digital innovation and AI-enabled solutions. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR Services and HR Centres of Excellence, you will help create a seamless and consistent employee and manager experience across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to managers on workforce matters, performance, attendance, reward and talent processes.
• Deliver annual people processes including performance, talent and reward cycles with accuracy and consistency.
• Support and manage workforce concern cases, assessing risk and escalating where appropriate.
• Provide workforce insights, reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support Strategic Workforce Planning activities and help translate plans into action.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance effectiveness through digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive adoption of learning, inclusion, wellbeing, talent and reward initiatives within the business.
• Facilitate team effectiveness, culture and engagement activities.
• Build strong partnerships with managers and HR stakeholders to deliver a One HR experience.

What we're looking for

• Strong HR generalist experience supporting managers and leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and provide practical people guidance.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment practices.
• Ability to interpret people data and generate meaningful workforce insights.
• Experience delivering HR projects and driving process improvements.
• Strong digital capability with an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve outcomes.
• Expertise in at least one HR discipline such as Employee Relations, Reward, Talent or Learning.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills.
• Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
