Primary Responsibilities:

• To lead, manage, motivate and retain a team of Regional Customer Account Management team members.
• Serve as customer’s next escalation point of contact for the assigned region.
• Involve in establishing team annual goals and metrics to support the Global customer account management group Key Goals and Objectives.
• Drive key day to day operational standard processes and metrics.
• Implement standard work, monitor process escapes and determine root causes to identify corrective actions.
• Track and measure performance results for the assigned team.
• Hiring process responsibility and involvement in on-boarding and training support for new hires for the assigned regional account.
• Conduct daily team huddle and team meetings
• Utilize the CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) operating system to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and implement plan of action.
• Promote an ethics-based business culture, managing customer orders in compliance with laws and company policies.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience OR
• Advance degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change; self-driven and motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Experience in successfully leading others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience
• Customer service experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively handle inquiries, strong positive customer relationships
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards is a plus
• Experience in commercial aerospace in a customer service, Supply Chain, administration, program management, finance or engineering role
• Experience working in global teams and customers
• CORE Professional certified
• Experience in driving / implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Experience with adhering to Global Trade requirements
