Casualty Claims Analyst III/Claims Adjuster (Personal Injury Protection/Medical Payment)Make a Difference When Customers Need It Most

We're seeking a Casualty Claims Analyst III (Personal Injury Protection/Medical Payment) to join our team and support customers through the medical claims process following an auto accident.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong critical thinking, time management, and customer service skills who are looking to build a rewarding career in claims. Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to review medical claims, determine coverage, evaluate bills, and ensure claims are handled fairly, accurately, and compassionately.
What You'll Do
As a Casualty Claims Analyst, you will:
- Guide customers through the medical claims process with empathy, professionalism, and care.
- Investigate and evaluate Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Payments (Med Pay) claims.
- Review medical bills, treatment records, wage loss documentation, mileage reimbursements, attendant care requests, and other related expenses.
- Determine claim eligibility, coverage, and reasonableness of medical expenses.
- Communicate claim decisions clearly and professionally to customers and other parties involved.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and detailed file notes.
- Establish and manage claim reserves based on claim facts and treatment patterns.
- Identify potential medical management opportunities and refer suspicious activity when appropriate.
- Manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting quality, service, and productivity expectations.
- Utilize digital tools and technology to provide efficient and seamless customer experiences.

Compensation offered for this role is 51,500.00 - 78,575.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
